This store is a prime example of Asda getting involved with mixed-use regeneration, which links the brownfield site in the town centre to the harbour

Our store in Poole, opened in 2004

The overall waterfront development represents a £20 million investment and comprises a 94,450 sq ft (8,780 m2) Asda superstore with a restaurant and pharmacy.

The first phase incorporated two residential developments, including 32 affordable homes for key workers, with phase two adding a further 117,865 sq ft (10,950m2) of retail and leisure accommodation as part of the mixed–use scheme.
